"I’d had the idea for this marker illustration for ages, but for the longest time I just couldn’t get the character quite right – I ended up going with a different, more naïve style than I originally intended, but I think the piece works better this way. I’m especially happy with the cute little rabbits! Thematically there’s a mixture of sweetness and a sense of threat in the work, underlined by the name."
