The print is supported with cardboard and packaged in waterproof case before shipping.

“This illustration was made with Gansai Tambi watercolors. Orange is a color I don’t use very often, but I like the way it interacts with the blue hues and complements the overall contrast in this painting. I wanted to keep the line work delicate to soften the general atmosphere of the piece, so most of the lines were drawn with watercolor or left out completely. The softness extends to the character’s gentle hold on the bouquet of autumn’s offerings, bringing warmth to this character portrait.”
