"The inspiration for this mixed media illustration was a mundane scene of a big sister teaching the neighborhood children to ride a bike – but with a witchy twist! The characters were painted with colored inks and the background with poster colors. The saturated middle tones remind me of anime background paintings and make this piece stand out."
