“For this illustration I tried combining poster colors and colored inks, with the sky painted completely with poster colors and the character and the field with ink. The different mediums work to separate the two as if on different layers, which reminds me of an animation still. This piece is an updated version of an older piece of mine of the same name, but with vastly different, ominous atmosphere that is rare in my work.”
