Exchanges & Returns Policy

• Returns and exchanges requested by customers
  Items before shipping: You can cancel or modify your order by contacting us via email at info@heikala.com or the shop’s contact form.
  Items after shipping: Unopened items can be returned or exchanged for items of equal or lesser value only if you contact us via email at info@heikala.com. We do not accept returns or exchanges of items after opening. Please note that all costs incurred by shipping the item back to us and the exchanged item shipped to the buyer are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
