“This dramatic poster color artwork was painted for the Spellbinders 2 group exhibition at Gallery Nucleus. It was one of my first attempts to paint a piece completely with poster colors, and I ended up spending a lot of time on the fine details, painting over previous attempts – sometimes several times. The result is darker than most of my work, with the character weathering the storm with an air of defiance.”
