“This piece is one of my personal favorites. The painting was done with Gansai Tambi watercolors, with some details in silver and gold paint. I wanted the illustration to tell a story, and I think the name ended up contributing to that. The storytelling aspect and strong contrasts in lighting made this piece fun to work on!”
